It is the bonded duty of the merchant/s or vendor/s to provide his accurate information and obtain all required licenses from the concerned Government and statutory bodies for carrying trade at platform created by Rytpick.

It is stated that Rytpick in only platform provider wherein different merchants use the platform developed by rytpick to host their products to promote their business transactions only and rytpick is nowhere associated with the merchant/s or vendor/s as well as the end user it is to be noted that all the financial transaction is between the end user and merchants only at his or her sole discretion use the platform to directly deal with the merchant.

3. The merchant/s who intend to use the platform developed by the rytpick without creating any legal liability on the platform provider in order to promote their business to reach the end user by hosting their products on the platform at their sole discretion host merchandise promotion and deal with the end user directly subjected to payment of rated monthly/annual applicable subscription charges to rytpick, further the platform provider at his sole discretion reserve right to curtail activity of the hosting the merchant on the platform if the activities of the merchant is of unfair trade practice.

4. The merchant/s or vendor/s enables delivery of such orders to the specified address provided by the end user, as well as raising invoice with applicable taxes on completion of tasks by user by making automated online electronic payment either by Debit or Credit Card or other modes of app payments and thereby delivery of product or to pick-back the product back on cancellation of order/s from the areas within the geographical area of the city/town/city/village/states across India either by merchant own delivery boys or third party service provider delivery boys and for such purpose collect charges as applicable from time to time.

5, The platform provider is no way related with the business carried out by the merchant/s or vendor/s and any business related issues ought to be directly sorted between the user and the merchant only and that any issues or disputes related need to be sorted out among themselves and that the buyer beware about the genunity of the merchant/s or vendor/s, and it is to be noted that the rytpick is only facilitator and platform provider further the merchant/s or vendor/s is prohibited in hosting any sort of obscene scenes advertisements/images/photos/pornographic pictures/video/audio clippings & carrying out any money laundering/gambling /lottery/lucky dip sort of business activities covering the same rytpick reserve right to sort any sort of information from the merchant/s or vendor/s with regard to any product related details hosted on the platform and further restrain the merchant/s or vendor/s in carrying unfair trade practice as well as restraining in selling any product which is harm-full and prohibited by the Government and further at its sole discretion reserve right to inform the concern Government Department Authorities with regard to illegal activities hosted on the platform for taking appropriate action and further reserve right to claim damages and block the hosting and if necessary removing the same.

By using the online services of rytpick, you receive text messages to the mobile number/ or any device you use conforming your online transaction notifications from RytPick with regard to your booking of your product in the manner stated below. It is to be noted that you will not receive any sort of payment gateway transaction messages or notifications from the end of the Rytpick as all your financial transaction is with merchant/vendor only and RytPick is no where concerned with any sort of payment related issues.
